Ignite faster and slower Burn numbers are incorrect across the board

It used, to and should work that way, but it doesn't right now.
" x thing does y Faster" is calculated like this:

duration/(1+faster), so for example with 35% from belt and 15% from jewel we get

duration/(1+0.35+0.15).

How it used to work is as you describe.

Then I assume the damage is additive as well
