[3.6] CwC Storm Burst / Purifying Flame / 100% Elemental Conversion Crit Build / Need Suggestions

Hi this is my first "build" ever.
Im now Level 79 and pretty happy with the clearspeed for lower Tier Maps.
I feel that this build might have some potential.

Maybe some of you guys have some Tips for improvement.

Btw. this is a league starter so there is not much currency in the build.
