I killed the Elder on this red map (Caldera), came a watcher's eye and I died.
Now I can't get in portal to get my loot. This is the first time I get this item, now I lost it? It's very sad and frustrating ... I'm still in front of the portal, is there anything that can be done? Bug report reference number 2.713.408.927 Last bumped on Apr 28, 2019, 1:08:00 AM

Another problem, I killed Elder but could not get The Memory Fragment, now I've lost everything I've done. You can see that the Challenge is complete but I do not have the fragment nor the mission has been completed.

It is good to hear that it has been resolved. What about my loss? I've lost all of my character's progress...

21 days I opened this ticket, and I did not receive the proper attention. I understand that problems occur, but I need to be compensated for the enormous inconvenience I have experienced. I do not know if you understand, but I've lost ALL the progress of my characters.
Is that how you treat your customers? This is very sad. |
