Cannot be inflicted with Bleeding belt synthesis does not prevent Corrupted blood

first noticed in the memory nexus, then tested in the menagerie.

i'm 90% sure this isnt working as intended, and that the mod worked before the patch.

I'm following this closely too.
Would be nice to get this fixed before Synthesis beta ends.
Can we at least get confirmation that this is not the intended behavior? I checked known issues and it is not listed there.
I always thought Corrupted blood and Bleed Effects were entirely seperate dmg mechanics, but I could be wrong. Like killing those monsters that have died and the blood goes up in the air vs. being hit with attacks and proc bleeding effects. To me those are 2 different. If the Implicit(s) said immune to bleeding and Cannot be affected by Corrupted blood, then ye, I can see where that would be an issue.
The same mod appears on some uniques and they were fixed in 2.4.0B (patch notes https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1722433/page/1) to prevent corrupted blood. I believe the intent is for the implicit to behave the same way.

Both items are working properly.Only the belt can not be cured because there is a problem with the implementation method.The behavior is different, though it should have the same effect.
