SSF Level 87 stuck in white maps. I never had this happen in my life

Completed all white maps. Got a couple of T6 and a T7 and now I`m back to T5 max

not a single yellow map. I even ran all yellows with bloodlines

Did they REALLY increase those map drops or did they do it the same way monsters "no longer attack u at memory entrance", which was 100% bullshit

Similar experience, though I'm now in the 8-10 range. They lowered the map drops... probably in response to adding a bunch more ways to get maps. That makes those activities now "required". So... look for maps in Delve, Synthesis, The Temple...etc. It's all been factored in. No more mapping just for the sake of mapping.

Level 86, same problem.

Lost all my currency buying maps from Zana, rip achy orbs

I don't understand the logic behind this, Betrayal had a great map drop, the progression was great
There is a (small) buff to map drops coming in the patch that should hit later today:

All Synthesised Monsters can now drop Maps, rather than just the Rare Synthesised Monsters.
It's terrible, and not just confined to SSF.

I'm running all Memory Fragments that I find in Maps. I have had ZERO maps drop inside memories.

I'm running Zana, Einhar, Alva, and Jun whenever I see them in Maps. They are not affecting Map Drops either.

I haven't seen Nico since I was actively running T1 Maps. I haven't seen him in about a week. I'm out of Sulphite. I have no Delve to actively run.

I haven't gone back to the memory nexus since they announced the changes coming to the nexus, but from what it sounds like in the patch notes, until 3.6.3 drops, you only get maps from Synthesized Rares, so that isn't going to make much of a difference.

Map Drops this league are woefully low. They can claim that they upped them, but the experience of playing the game, actually paints a stark contrast to what they are claiming.
I wouldn't call that "small" if the chance is high enough. Since you get one "tile" a map, and then three runs at that tile... even a 50% cumulative chance would tip the scales.

I`m doing all except that Synthesis crap
I'm playing SSF and seem doing fine on maps... but it did take a little struggle to clear the hump from T11-12.

If you are in SSF map completion has to be your number one priority. You have to pay zana for her outrageous prices. Also if you are doing a zana mission always do a map that you haven't completed (if the option exists) even if it blue or crap rolls. Once completed, a map enters your drop pool and can drop from anywhere. This is super important to get your bonus up.

I am currently at 149 and I am sustaining red maps pretty easily. (Alch, partial chisel, vaal T14>).

I am also using sac frags (although that doesn't really affect monster pack size).

I see a lot of people struggling to sustain shaped strategies, but full completion of atlas shouldn't be that bad.

On the bright side it'll be better after today's patch where ALL mobs in a memory can drop a map instead of just rares.

What about the upgrading maps +5 tiers with the chaos sink zana mod?
Patch Notes 3.15:
Fixed a bug where players believed the game was playable. This has been corrected and made retroactive.
Patch Notes 3.19:
Fixed a bug where players adapted to 3.15. This bug cannot be corrected, so we have implemented a 90% reduction in item access as a punishment.
