Unlocked veiled +1 socketed aoe/projectile crafting mods not in bench

I've worked on farming out these mods specifically for my build and neither of them is showing up in my bench. I made sure I got the little banner saying that the crafting mod was unlocked and showing the impacted item slots. They are not displaying in my bench and are central to the idea of my build.

I've asked on other forums and other players are not seeming to have this issue. I created another toon on my account in the league and went to see if the mods were available for that toon after I got to the act 1 starting zone. That toon could not see the modifiers either.

I have gone onto a toon I played last league that is now in standard and I can see the modifiers for that and a lot more (as I have not unlocked as much in this league). I can tell what I should be seeing and understand the process. I'm not really sure what to do now as everything else seems to be working except these socketed mods which just happen to be very important to my build.

EDIT: Update to the bug.

This got even more interesting and I am not sure how to provide evidence at the moment as I don't have video capture enabled. I did not have socketed projectile gems available in my crafting modifiers list. Earlier I had a pair of gloves that I unveiled that filled the bar for +1 to level of socketed projectile gems. I saw the banner and everything popped up as you would expect. No crafting mod. I just got another pair of gloves and there was the veiled mod saying I had only about 20-30% of the bar and that I would be slightly over 50% by using it. I click it thinking I somehow am the problem. No banner pops up (of course as it didn't hit 100%). However, I now have socketed projectile gems crafting modifier in my crafting bench.

Something is wrong with how it is being rewarded, how the experience is being handled, or something else. It is flagging it as rewarded incorrectly and I have no idea why, but it seems like the "fix" is to keep farming and it will eventually correct itself.

OMFG I'm so relieved that I can fix this, but please fix the bug for others.
