Never casts Blood Rage even though frost blades says it's melee

The link is supposed to be Blade Votrex > Blood Rage > Cast on Melee kill none of which are working

" Thanks for your report. For Frost Blades to trgger a spell linked using "Cast on Melee Kill", the initial melee hit needs to deal the killing blow, now the projectiles. |
