Cant place any fragments in the Nexus on a new character

Just started a new chracter, skipped the intro quests of synthesis and am now level 77 and wanted to to some Nexus action and cant place any memory fragments. any suggestions?

Go to the nexus, and do it like you had to the very first time.

New characters have to still do the "tutorial" quest but don't get told so...

So you need to go to the nexus, to the relevant stabiliser and place the very first memory from there. After that you can do it from the map instead.
