Any potential for preloading the PS4 version?

Will the PS4 version be on the Playstation store only on the day of release? Was hoping to preload it.

I'm curious about this as well.
Butter Bread.
My understanding of the situation is that GGG can't get the game physically accessible on the store until the 26th, because that's when GGG get control over the game after it's come out of Sony certification and processing.

Games which offer preloads and betas before release are those which are certified and processed well ahead of time. The developers of those games have access to the games during the interim gap between the end of certification and the day the developers plan to fully-launch and can theoretically do whatever they want with it.

But PoE has been delayed several times already, so it was probably decided to do the full launch immediately.

For all intents and purposes you could consider the full release to be the preload, except for the fact the server will be switched on and able to be connected to; to turn it into a real preload, GGG would have to turn the server off - what would be the point in making people wait longer to play it?

However if your local PSN Store updates before 8:00 PDT (which is when the server is turned on), or if the server is turned-on late for some reason, you should still find the game client available on the store and be able to download it. This is because the client will be added along with the rest of the PSN update - so in some places the client could be downloadable before it can actually be played for a brief period.
