Error- 'Failed to connect to instance'

Hi GGG

I am from Taiwan. When I login, the system always shows Failed to connect to instance.
Many of Taiwanese all have this problem as same as me.

According to the contents, someone says GGG has banned the floating IP due to the China's bot.
At the same time, some of the TW players(includes me) are affected by this strategy.

I hope not to rely on VPN software to solve this problem and GGG can definitely review it. I wish I can go back to path of exile as soon as possible.
