8. - 14. March / 5 days of problem solving

I tried everything to fix full screen the problem and I failed.
The game freezes during the game for 2-3 seconds, which is very bad.
I have over 3500 hours of game play, there were problems with the game but it was repaired quickly...but this problem in this league is intractable for me and for many other players.
From my viewing angle, the problem arose when the options from graphic settings were removed: Shadows on/off and DirectX 9, 10 , 11...

I have the same problem and I tried this in the hope that the game will work:
3 times delete and instal game.
Reinstal win7
update all drivers for my PC
instal dxwebsetup
instal Windows6.1-KB2670838-x64
instal dxcpl
cleanup Disk - no bad sector
started PackCheck - everything is OK
update D3DCompiler_47.dll
used it CCleaner
diafragment HDisk
repair my Disk - no bad sector
delete production_Config
change screeen to production_Config
cleaned the computer from the virus

The game works very badly for me at wondows full screen.
I do not understand why the graphics options from the game are removed, it seems to me that you are deliberately working against your game :/

It was most worrying me that I saw that the same problem had players with much stronger computer specifications.

The only but sad solution for me is, i do not play the game until further notice because I can not solve the problem.

EDIT: I have 15 other games with POE and none has a problem playing as a POE.
So, my computer is ok, because if it's not ok, another game has shown a similar problem.
