How long does it take to unlock account ?

They cant even send out an email about the account being locked in the first place. Now they wont respond for over a week. I was looking forward to being able to play with friends. That has basically gone out the window because of their lack of support. No communication, and just basic filler BS.

If they cared about their customers, it would have been taken care of, that simple. I would get fired from my job if my response time was this bad.
Again, I have to agree with monoxide1 here, this is just not how customer support works, at least not where I live. If it would take that long to respond I would lose my job 100%.
Hey guys, I understand the wait is frustrating but as Stacey's mentioned, we're currently working through a email backlog in the thousands at this time. Unfortunately due to this, reviewing cases may take a bit more time than usual.

thanks for answering here, but the extremely long wait times need to get resolved quicker in my opinion :/. Maybe get a special department for account lock issues etc, and for other stuff other people, I dont know how it works for GGG but thats how we do costumer support ( different departments for different issues ).


Can you at least tell us if I ( or we ) get a reply from staff before Friday? ( EU Friday ).

Hey guys, finally I got an email from a support namely from Al asking some verification questions to have my acc unlocked (I'll get to it today when i get home from work), so thanks Al for your time and I hope all of our requests will be sorted soon.
Looks like everyone is getting answers except me... damn..
Just wanted to update here and let everyone know I still don't have my account back, its almost 20 days already !

After several emails asking my credit card, transactions and other personal and game related details (everything provided) Im still waiting for over a week now with again no response from GGG. They have my credit card number, my ID, my bank transaction numbers, game files etc..

Is this even a real life ?? TBH if I havent already spent ton of $ on my main account I would already gave up !

Im lvl 97 on an account I only created just to fill the waiting. I guess Ill finish the whole season on it.

Ill update here if anything changes

I've gone 10 days without a single response about my account being locked and not having access to my poe account because of email issues. Ridiculous. All my planned builds have gone completely out the window and entire league ruined. I used to think GGG was a transparent and model company in this time of corporate greed and completely out of touch companies but sadly, I'm proven wrong once again.
