Same here, but Blight also dissapears apparently without any interaction with other skill, flask etc. It happened with transition to new area, too. Sometimes seems it comes back to the task bar again after a while (time-related?)

Using Blight(Allelopathy)-CwCh-Soulrend in combination with Bane + flasks. Edict of the Tempest on gloves.
This is also happening with me, as soon as I hit it with a labyrinth enchant (mine is "Trigger Decree of Force on Hit"). It happens when I use a flask but also seems to randomly happen if I am struck as well as if anything dies from a different ability other than its channeled Blight. It will pop off the bar mid-cast and let me continue channeling until I release.
After the patch that enabled glove enchantments, the blight granted from my allelopathy gloves with decree of the tempest has some kind of condition that unbinds it from being used. I can't tell what the trigger for this is specifically, but using flasks with "remove x ailment + immune to x ailment" unbinds blight from my lab enchanted allelopathy gloves 100% of the time.
I logged back in this morning and the skill slot for blight got replaced by "Edict of Spite", this is probably the root cause, which then the [skill can't be used] tag on the skill auto removes it from the bar from either it triggering from being hit.
same with alleopathy and Decree of Winter!!!
