I have encountered a version of this problem.
I can't press "v" - but I can go to the nexus via hideout zana. Still makes interacting with the new content a pain, since I can't plan memories from maps after I get them. |

Solved the Problem.
Friend created a new Char and opened the coast. Found him there. Talked to him and now I can join the nexus. |

" Did this with a friend and a new character and still I could only see Zana and the quest is still bugged. There appears to be no fix almost a week later. Unlucky |
