Seems reproducible for me: Take a long chain of memories. Return back to Nexus to stash loot. Try to take portal back to memory. Get kicked out to the login screen. Re-logging in has portal still open in nexus, trying to take it -> kicked out of game again. Happened both times today I actually tried this.
