[BUG] "The operation could not be completed because you are already in a party"

Hi, i just finished a map, went to my hideout and tried to buy some maps and my party interface is showing that i left my current party but cannot join any other parties whether im the one sending the invite or being invited.

I have tried:

1. relogging
2. restarting my client
3. manually trying to kick myself from the party but i get the message "the target of this operation was not a party member"
4. tried to switch to a different realm
5. tried making a new character. same issue

it fixed it self right now. approximately 30 minutes later. weird bug hopefully doesnt reoccur
