Glove Enchantment "Edict of Spite" not triggering

Hey,

I enchanted my gloves in cruel labyrinth and got "Trigger Edict of Spite When Hit", but it won't trigger at all, I tried re-equipping and even restarting the game, getting hit over and over again but it's not working. Also in the character screen it doesn't show the skill like it used to before!

Not game breaking but a pity I can't utilize the chilling ground especially.

I use a one-handed sword btw.

Still didn't proc once, so I was wondering that maybe the Ghost Shrouds from the Trickster interferes with this (and maybe other "trigger on hit") enchantment somehow
