[Question] Flicker Strike & Sanctuary Ascendancy - Stationary?

I am wondering if I would be able to chain the 4 seconds lingering duration on consecrated ground while flickering and if the 100% crit chance be applied to enemies before the hit of flicker strike.

Reading the patch notes it says that consecrated ground affects enemies "causing hits against them to have 100% increased critical strike chance." For the small moment that the character would be considered stationary, would it drop consecrated ground, apply it to the enemy, all before calculating the hit from the flicker strike?

Basically, is the consecrated ground dropped/applied instantly after a move skill? Would the 100% crit chance apply before the hit calculation of a flicker strike?

The wording is "You have Consecrated Ground around you while stationary", since you're always stationary during Flicker strike, I don't see why not.

Curses applied via blasphemy do work with Flicker strike, I expect it would be implemented in the same way.

If it works the way I'd expect, a Terminus Inquisitor would maintain frenzy charges very easily.
