Fire-focused templar

I recently aquired the following 2 pieces of equipment to aid in the creation and leveling of a fire-focused templar:


Right now I am burning everything to the ground with little effort. I know this will not continue forever, but I would like to know when I should really consider upgrading my weapon and main armor, and what I should look for as upgrades to these obviously powerful pieces of equipment. I would like to continue my fire-focus but would definitely consider introducing lightning to add shock stacks to my damage arsenal.

Would this be survivable and viable for endgame maps, or would this only be suitable for possibly farming Merciless Ledge like so many other mediocre builds? ;-)
