Ranged Puncture/DoT Build
Here is a minor improvement to your build Bonkoodle:
Build Basically I swapped some crit multiplier and life nodes. The crit and life % stay exactly the same, but the build has 20 more Dex, 30 less Str and 10 less Int. However there are 2 skillpoints free which can be used on Might and Savant along the way near Piercing shots, so you can end up with more of everything. Or you can use them for more bow damage and crit chance or Celerity which are now along the path. You can also swap frenzy passives for a single dex passive if you aren't really using frenzy charges. As for the pierce build, I just got my Chin sol and two hours into testing I died :(. I could not really get to a conclusion since I was stuck at a lower level and the damage upgrade at close range stacked with point blank was so devastating to mobs that the DoT from bleeding didn't really got noticed. A feeling that I got though is that it would be a build very difficult to master. It requires a lot of attention to positioning and targeting, since you can only hit so many targets with LMP and you need to keep hitting them to knock them back. Getting close to ranged is also a pain, especially in dungeons. |
