What ilvl items do u need for regal orb recipe now?

i never once used the regal recipe , and i've never purchased a regal,however i have found about 30

how do u get ilvl 75+? i've done maps and ilvl is not even 70...

also, did u guys make sure that all ur items were 60+ or 70+? even if only one is below, the recipe won't work.

maps go from level 66 to 77

I'm sure I remember in the patch notes when they changed the recipes, they said it can go from 1 chance to 3 regal, so those who mentioned doing with ilvl77+ are probably right, or atleast, a specific high ilvl.

If that's the case, I think I'll hold onto my regals 'til their value increases. :)
