Wander Templar question!

I want to attack faster with power siphon. Should i add faster casting gem or faster attack gems. thanks in advance.

its an attack skill, so faster attacks will work.

and another question. When Krips posted his build. He has 2 power siphons, can someone explain this to me? so if i have 2 power siphon gems in different parts of my equips, but with different modifiers in each. Do they all stack for the same 1 skill. which would be PS. or i would have 2 cast 2 different ones?

He got 2 Power Siphon skills ´cause he uses 1 for AoE and 1 for single target. The support gems only effects the Power Siphon they´re linked too. So you put one on the left and one on the right mouse.
