Not true. It gets moved from the hardcore league to the default league. All of the items in your possession at the time go with you but anything in your storage will not move over. Item in storage will remain in the hardcore league and items can't be traded between leagues.

The transfer is permanent. There's also no trading between default and hardcore.

Though you can transfer items from HC to SC by just putting them on a lvl 1 HC-char and then go suicide.

There isn't, but in the future it could be a possible cash shop item/service.
