So, gggish buffication means reducing the actual damage by 40% but the tooltip by 50%?

Really hoping the don't nerf it too hard, its been a little too strong for a while now. It actually got a relative BUFF in 3.0; it was the only energy shield build I did from 3.0 until delve.
