Is it good? DPS numbers aren't, so with +4% APDR it is barely worth allocating. For sure this cluster alone would not convince me to use channeling skill.

This was a bigger letdown than Betrayal going core.

I would suggest adding a "12% movement speed if you channeled recently" to that notable and then you will have people considering that.
Some stuff should really reward the more awkward play-style in the current game-state. Peace, -Boem- Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes
