League Starter Builds for Synthesis

Playing same shit as my char magic_hyena_friend just with using rallying cry here and then instead of just spamming enduring cry, skilling instant warcry nodes, not going ranger dodge but atziri boots instead and getting proper phys mitigation this time (Soul of Steel + 12-15k armor + an additional endurance charge) and more ehp. And EO instead of RT.

I like totem builds?
Some stuff with the new skills would be nice
Or the new flame totem will be nice?

I am going to go RF and SR. Probably be the only character i play this league. Expecting a difficult leveling process until i hit 65.

I just hope that the new Haunt skill is good enough, it will be one of my starters I hope.

Yeah, physical to fire conversion spells on totems should be strong. I've been looking at the Flame Totem Chieftain or Scion, and Divine Ire Heirophant. It will depend on the patch notes.

The Divine Ire looks really interesting because based on the videos I've seen the cast time is so long it will be really dangerous to play self cast. I suspect they will over tune the damage of the big blast at the end because of this and totems should be the best of all worlds.

Is explosive arrow still a thing? I want to try something I haven't done yet but with the new quillrain and all...

I've been messing around in path of building and I'm happy with a Flameblast Totem theory that I've worked out, so gonna go that.

I want to do my first CI character. Thinking bane soulrend.maybe occultist or assassin. Need those patch notes.

For now Default Attack build, will just change after patch notes.

I'm going to go with a Consecrated path CoC Purifying Flame, inquisitor. I doubt it'll be as good as Cospris ice nova, but if the inquisitor / consecrated ground reworks synergize really well it could be on par.
