I think it would be more logical if:

1- Remove the quantity one.
2- fortune favours the brave is now free, but restricted to the mods that have already been achieved.

But why keep it at all then? At 3c Fortune Favors the Brave doesn't do anything cept piss away currency. For 1c more you could lock in an always good mod or use the right situational mod (like ambush with a strongbox quant sextant)

While it shouldn't be free at 3c it's basically a stupidity tax.

keep in mind, guys, that fortune favours the brave can be used to get the mods that you HAVEN'T unlocked yet. it isn't restricted in that way.

so that is one benefit it has to use early on in the atlas progression. once you've unlocked ones you see are better to use, then use them instead

Harbingers still not worth it unless you guys unnerf there drops. Played couple hundred maps of it last league, never even made half of a Harbinger orb. Way too stupid rare.
