Fractured Items + Essences = Poor people can craft too!

This thread aged terribly.
You cannot use Essences on fractured items, meaning GGG keeps restricting somewhat usable items to the richest currency flippers and most hardcore grinding people as usual. |

But you can use them on Synthesized items. I think the point is that fractured are for simple crafting (ie, chaos spamming, fossil crafting), and the Synthesized items are for high end crafting.

Most of my equipment will still be either unique or elder based. So far have not seen any synth mods that on the same level as elder/shaper mods.
Synth seems more like a midgame thing to use until you get your real endgame gear. |
