[Lore] Atziri's extra arms

This reddit thread says that the reason Atziri's got a pair of extra arms and breasts is because of a mirror that cracked during a ritual. I tried to look up the official source of this info, but couldn't find it. It's also not mentioned in the lore compilation.

It's a pretty good explanation, but can anyone confirm it's official?

I have no reason to believe it's official. As far as the developers are concerned, I think she was just born that way? Maybe all female vaal are born that way? Maybe all vaal royalty are born that way? Maybe this would be something to ask M59Gar on reddit?

Atziri is dead. She died in that whatever catastrophe that ended the Vaal. It's been a few years since I read up on the lore, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't specified anywhere how she got into the dimension/realm where she is now (probably the rituals) or what part of her was transported there (probably her lingering obsession about immortal beauty and little else), but I do remember reading somewhere that she's dead. Technically. You could consider the remnants of her soul/will/obsession twisted by the realm she ended up in as her.

As for her current body, it's probably what she views as "perfect beauty", a manifestation of the corrupted realm she's residing in. That's just a guess though.
