Vaults of Atziri

Greetings! I'm a pretty inexperienced player (I'm only at Part 2 Act 1) but I was wondering if there was a level limit on using the fragments to get into the Vaults?

Fragments don’t take you to the vaults. That’s a map and you can’t get there before you’ve unlocked the map device. The fragments when you have all 4 take you to an area with several boss fights. You would die before you got through the first doorway at your level.

Don't worry about them for now. You will only need them after you finish the 10 Acts. There' no minimum level requirement, but area is level 70. As mark1030 said, it gives access to boss fights.
