Buying guild stash tab with steam account but no poe account.

So I have an account on steam the account username is roadblok1 and I bought 25$ US worth of coins so I could buy a couple guild stash tabs but then when I went to buy it I can't find a way to do so without going through a poe account so I created this poe account to ask how I can do this?

If you normally play through Steam, you will need to sign into the website using the green "Sign in through STEAM" button on the login page (https://www.pathofexile.com/login).
