No, it doesn't. Some of the hideouts mentioned in the video may win, some may not. If you weren't mentioned, it doesn't mean you have no chances to be among top winners.

Just curious cause I see many nicer hideouts in the main post that didn't get highlighted and some of those getting highlighting don't seem that great compared to others or just look good cause they have so many paid decorations.

Looking forward for an easy way to import hideouts and automatically purchase decorations. That's without question what excited me the most about this League, because I misunderstood and thought that's what we were getting. ;)

I'm happy to wait a little longer, though.

Could we have the download for the hideouts so that we too can have a lovely home to be in Exile?

This, I spent all my favor before 3.5 thinking it may be harder to level up the masters to get the items again. Now everything is so ridiculously expensive that I am unable to experiment with decorations or even get enough of a type of decoration to make a focused design. I was also spending favor at a lot at the start before I realized how hard it was to get again.
