Alva Temple Modded Item Crafting

Can gloves with the Alva Temple Mod "increased % damage against chilled enemies"
and other stats you don't want be scoured and transed and alterationed to a magic gloves with only "increased % damage against chilled enemies"?

Is that stat native to the item it is on and rollable, or once you scour it, is it not something you can roll back on it?

Once you scour the mod its gone.
You can use meta crafting blocking or annul.
