Equipment that makes you chilled?

Is there any items that make it so you have the chill debuff/ have a chance to get it while you're wearing them?

There are currently no items in the game that grant the Chilled/Frozen debuff to players wearing them.
The closest thing to this will be items that convert a portion of incoming damage to cold damage. The more cold damage players take, the higher the chances they experience the Chill debuff. Bring back race seasons.
