Failed to connect to instance.

Just had the same issue occur. Happening on a T3 Ancient City Map I opened at the hideout with an Atlas Mission for Jun, Veiled Master and also some other areas like The Blood Aqueduct in Act 9. I tried restarting my PC and the problem was still there.

same issue as the rest. kept getting kicked out entering maps, was on SG server.

However after i changed to Japan server and hideout i could enter a map. will keep monitoring.

UPDATE: i confirm that Singapore realm is having issues, just tried switching back to SG server (and changing hideout) and the issue is back again.

Having this issue on Australia server

Just got this issue on Australia server

Australian gateway, 8ms ping. Login, Select Character, long delay on load screen then "Disconnected Failed to connect to instance".

No issues connecting via the Singapore gateway, 97ms ping.

Just to put in My "Me too"

Aussie server.

Can't get into Act one zones - so not even anywhere near maps

No info on PoE Twitter or Discord.

Sin: 108ms

From Singapore and tried to switch to japan. Same result.

did you change hideout when you are on JAP server? it will fix it, it did for me.

Change H/O in Epilogue, cause that where i end up when logging in.
OK, got into a zone, see how it goes.
