+1 totem shield craft

Hi everyone, does anybody know where to find +totem craft for shields and how much it’s cost to craft it? I know it’s rate but I can’t find out where to find it;)

You need to deal with the specific Syndicate member(s).
I know about Aisling being in Research division Aisling can offer specific reward: "Crafting Bench that adds veiled mod(s) to a Rare item" +1 to maximum number of Summoned Totems modifier is a prefix mod and requires ilvl 75! Aisling should become leader (not sure about rank but rank 3 if possible) of the Research division (Leader has reward doubled). You need rare shield with item level 75+ and I recommend with three locked suffixes bcos +1 totem mod is an prefix (I think Jun should offer you a prefix mod - I got it this way but maybe I was lucky enough).
