I've pretty much maxed this out at 3.6m shaper dps flasked with 2 seconds channeling wither. Ended up around 8.4k es with incandescent heart.

" Because this build relies heavily on "Gain % of elemental as extra chaos damage". The mechanics of that with conversion are broken. Basically it takes the original 100% of your lightning damage and gives you x% chaos, then after the lightning is converted to cold it takes the cold and also gives you x% additional chaos damage, almost doubling the effectiveness of that mod | |
