Can we get an option toggle for this?

When you have a large amount of mana reserved it is incredibly annoying to see the message to push the RB button to use a mana flask constantly. I can only imagine that if you are using EB and have 100% reserved this is something that never goes away. A simple toggle in the options to turn this message off would be such a nice, and one would think incredibly easy, adjustment to make.
