Tukohama's Vanguard with Necromantic Aegis and +1 Totem Enchant Still bugged

I was hoping you would fix it all when you fixed multiple totem support for the TV's but no avail.

I tested This and I get 1 totem not 2. The Spectre gets the shield buff which gives him +1 totems.

He should have 2 totems.

Character is "ShadowDeathMarch", I have Necromantic Aegis and Bitterbind Point Titanium Shield with the +1 number of Summoned Totem crafted buff on it.

The Necromantic Aegis says "All bonuses from an equipped shield should apply to your minions instead of you". The Shield thus should give the TV an additional totem.

Since the shield costs 2 ex to buff, power level is expected to be increased so power creep should not be issue.

Wonder if it's the minion type that is bugged or the shield mod.
Did you try multiple totems support linked to raise spectre?

Multiple totem is fixed.
Its an improvement but no where as good as just being a Templar and self casting them, especially since the enchant works fine on my Templar.

Still its an improvement but Spectre-Necro is still a tier C+ at the moment. Even with the enchantment it won't be an A level build.

Do they plan to fix this?

I'd actually argue that the case might be the monster's AI, which causes it to keep up exactly one totem.
This way they can make sure the mob won't just keep recasting it, which would be kind of silly, right?
