[3.6] Vels 4 herald BV.

Elemental crit BV using 4 heralds, with MOM and phase acro. We use the double clarity mod watchers eye to sustain mana, just run it at lvl 1. Theres a ton of room to tweak this, but the way its set up is uber elder capable.

Expensive items are the curse on hit ring, shapers presence, watchers eye, weapons and obviously the 6l. You can do most content with far less gear than im wearing.
