Specific double strike gem only attacks in place and does not allow me to run to target.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or if it's something I'm missing.

I've been using a 0 quality vaal double strike gem for the past month. (it's not important but I have it bound to left click on mouse).

I recently traded for a 20 quality vaal double strike gem and now double strike only attacks in place and my character no longer runs to the mouse cursor.

I've tried restarting the game. Changing weapons do doesn't fix it, changing skill bar slot doesn't change it either. changing back to the old gem makes then normal again.

This issue was not a bug and resolved on my other thread in the help section.
