3 times now I've used the bottled storm to instigate the quest and even after killing all the enemies nothing happens.
I create a new instance in the game and am able to try again however I get the same result. Last bumped on Jan 3, 2019, 6:11:43 PM

" You need to go here:  Bottled Storm disappears when you "dispel the storm", so you couldn't "use it 3 times", hence, you were at the wrong place. Shakari is at the Oasis, not at the Vastiri Desert. Remember, suffering is convenient.
That is why many people prefer it. Happiness requires effort. |
