APPCRASH StackHash Issue (crashes every 5 - 10 minutes)

I have tried everything from reinstalling the game, Nvidia driver rollback, checking integrity of files, and even running DISM.exe for any corrupt registry files. Nothing has stopped the game from crashing randomly.

Here is the error code of the last crash. Its almost always shown as a StackHash Error
