[3.5] Witch Elemental Equalibrium Idea

1. The idea is going to use [Cast while Channeling] to create two sperate instances of damage.

2. Spells Used
a. The channel spell will be Incinerate.
b. The CWC spell will be Ethereal Knives (Yes I know it is 100% Physical)
1. I plan to use Physical to Lightning for 50% conversion + extra lightning.
2. I will get the other 50% from Stormcharger Unique.

3. My spell choice is more from preference than actual DPS I've been wanting to have a nice Ethereal Knives build for a while.

a. Ethereal Knives also have a higher base critical strike chance.
(Critical Strike Chance: 6.00%)

My main question is will Elemental Equilibrium work So that every cast of Ethereal Knives counts as Lightning and Reset Fire while the Fire resets the Lightning. The Ethereal Knives is the primary damage component.
