Latency problems

So recently I switched over to client to reduce game lag I was receiving on steam. I also started to use Texas realm because Wash DC has extremely high ping for me.( I live in the North East ) But up until that past few days I have been experiencing extreme lag in Texas and have to log out of the game and switch to California to fix said problems. ( But that doesn't work really well either )

I am running on low settings.
I am not running any MTX when experiencing the lag.
It happens on ALL maps and areas
I am not running a lag build ( ATM )

did you edit out lines from those tests, because i find it highly unlikely that you are essentially in the server building for each of the tests.

Were the tests ran while you played with the lag?
Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi

He who controls the pants controls the galaxy. - Rick & Morty S3E1
I am also experiencing some pretty fierce rubber banding that I was not experiencing last night. My experience for the most part with things like this has been its usually something on their end, that randomly gets fixed and the game is suddenly playable again for a bit.

I am yet to see anyone from GGG respond to any of these latency complaints though, even when a thread is 80+ pages long, I think theyre aware of the stuff and just work on their end to fix it. Otherwise it would be a lot of answering questions.

Im sure it'll clear up.
there is something wrong with your WinMTR reports.
Lots of data is missing from them.
Please read the guide on how to use it and post the new complete results.
The WinMTR reports are correct. I followed what support told me to do last time I made a similar report ( run the report while experiencing the issues ). I'm not sure what more you are expecting from the WinMTR report

The only way I was able to resolve the problem last time was switching to client.

I know this may sound insane but when I experience lag ingame its worse than the lag I get from playing this build

Gear where I experience the lag ( if that matters )
Spoiler
I'm in Vancouver, BC and play on the California server. Since yesterday I've been having huge lag spikes and rubber banding. The game is actually unplayable for me right now.
Playing in Germany on different Servers. Playable but always with Ping Spikes more or less. Some Servers are not playable.
Its frustrating.

I must agree with Lagwin here. You WinMTR report only shows 2 hops and that's not possible so some data is missing. Please run it again and post the new data while you have the problem (you can find the instance IP in your client.txt file). Also try to run it against the PoE gateway while you are having the problem.

Oh the have responded in some of them like the Deutche Telekom one.
There they state it's a ISP problem on the user side since they are not using the most optimal route path......
