+1 minimum frenzy charge => infinite flicker strike ?

Hey guys, just found a +1 min frenzy charge ring.

Does this mean I can now play any weapon I want with flicker strike and enjoy and infinite stream of flickers ?

I don't think it will work. When this mod was revealed for Endurance charges, people asked if it would mean infinite Discharge, but it was confirmed to not the be the case since Discharge needs to consume the charge in order to work, much like Flicker Strike needs to consume frenzies to bypass the cool down.

Basically that new mod makes it so you will always have a charge active, but since you will ALWAYS have that charge, it can not be consumed because you can no longer fall below that minimum.

That's sad, I'd like to play flicker again but the skill is atm in a terrible state.

Flicker strike is still good.



Using one of these two swords, and going Raider, or Ascendant (Raider/Trickster; Slayer/Juggernaut)or simply get creative with class. It works just fine. Not meta DPS but it does the job.

Actually he's right though flicker got burried because concentration path offered more control and more aoe clear why play flicker when there is concentrated path
