Glacier and Elder Guardian/s

Today I was running white tier Elder and one of the guardians spawned on Glacier map.
The boss encounter happened normally as if the Guardian didn't occupy the map which results in spawning Elder impossible Did the map a few times to be sure that it wasn't a singular case.
