Plaguemaw 3 triggering on incursion choice causes all members to go into portals.

I just had plaguemaw 3 trigger on choosing to rank up chimeria and put him into intervention. When i chose this option the prophecy triggered and all 3 other incursion members also went away without dropping loot. This isn't anything I've had occur before without a prophecy so I'm assuming this is a bug. If not I apologize.
