Wiki, not that it is always accurate, has nothing to say about that patch note. If you look up MoK, it still counts Emperor's Luck as one source to obtain Mirrors and only cites patch notes that enabled it. Considering in the millions upon millions of mobs I probably have killed never seeing a single mirror, thinking about possibility of 5 mirrors with a div card seems absurd.
