The Tempest Unique Bow has physical damage when the quality is over 20%

Even on the trade site you can see all Tempest bows with higher than 20q show as having physical DPS. Last bumped on Dec 28, 2018, 8:24:38 AM

Can confirm. Happens on both Storm Cloud and The Tempest. Really messed up my Elemental Equilibrium until i figured it out.
